Return Eligibility
- Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
- We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
How to Return
- Email us at info@cashandrocket.comwith your order number and reason for return.
- We’ll provide return instructions and a shipping address.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size, please email us to check availability. You’ll need to return the original item and place a new order.
